GOOD NEWS FLASH!

I just received a call from Rep. Bill Garrard. He's re-introducing HB-3211 from the last session. Rep. Mitch Greenlick will co-sponsor. I also advised Rep. Garrard to contact Rep. Bob Ackerman and Sen. Kurt Schrader.

In re-introducing 3211, Rep. Garrard is making good on a commitment he made to us in the last session. I might suggest that you all send him a brief email (rep.billgarrard@state.or.us) of appreciation. Include Rep. Mitch Greenlick if you want.

The bill should have a number soon. We'll keep you posted. Obviously, the usual "unholy alliance" will bring out their big guns against us. We'll need all the support we can get.
