2005-03-23 Alert

HB 2484

HB 2484 is back on the schedule, this time for a work session on April 1 (hopefully not an April Fool's joke…and also hopefully the third time's the charm) by the House Land Use Committee. It's the first item on their agenda that day.

There are apparently a number of amendments that will be attached. Unfortunately, we don't have details on these right now.

No further action has been taken on any of the Senate annexation-related bills. But the wailing and gnashing of teeth among the opposition are growing ever louder.

We'll pass on new information as we learn it.

Jerry
