Work Session on SB 887
Folks - Below is a message from Jim Seaberry, President of OCVA's Eugene UGB chapter (River Road/Santa Clara Property Owners' Association). He was kind enough to track the work session today on SB 887. I don't know if this means all the other amendments were dropped or ??? And today's action further deepens the mystery surrounding what's going on with HB 2484.
Some of the Washington County folks have advised us that Dennis Mulvihill, the latest appointee to Rep. Garrard's annexation "work group," is a hired lobbyist from Wa. Co. That's all we know at this point.

SB887 just adopted the -5 Amendment only.
And...
moved the bill to the floor with a "DO PASS" recommendation.
I have no idea what the -5 Amendments contained.
But it's out of committee!!!!!!!!!!!!!
