Mt. Angel annexation measure passes
Greetings OCVA members and friends,
Last Tuesday, Mt. Angel citizens voted nearly 3:1 to require voter approval of annexations.
Mt. Angel resident Rick Schiedler contacted us last April and has been diligently pursuing their charter change since then. Congratulations to him and the others who worked to help Mt. Angel become OCVA's newest member city!
